Girly's Cutting Cycle
First cycle t3/clen .
Here's the plan, subject to adjustment and I will update more or less weekly
t3
Week 1: 25 mcg
W2: 37.5 mcg
W3: 50 mcg
W4: 62.5
W5 - 9: 75
W10 62.5 then 50
W11 37.5 then 25
W12 12.5
t3 note: I chose to taper down. Bro Science says no taper down / taper down. I will err to providing my body a small adjustment.
ketiotifen 2mg every day at night
Clen 12 week cycle (with Keto)
W1 20 mcg
W2:40 mcg
W3: 60 mcg
W4: 80 mcg
W5: - W12: 100 mcg maximum or whatever maximum tolerated
Supplement with (3-5g/day) l-taurine to minimize cramps.
I hadn't planned on using l-taurine, but after today's cardio,will need to add this supplement.

week 1 update
Mild clen hand shakes first couple of days which subsided by mid week. Major cramping during and after my one cardio session
Notice very very minor surges of internal (from the inside out) warming.
Increasing dosage of clen and t3. This morning I dosed 50 mcg of t3, 12.5 more then planned bc the pill splitting is not optimal (code for amateur splitting 50mcg into thirds).

OK Girlie, point well taken.
But....
For this thread to provide a better understanding to the rest of us, I was thinking it would be nice for an update on your "before" stats
Height/weight/bf%
In the past, I've considered T3, but hesitated due to the impact on LBM. I've lost MUCH weight, although you do NOT want to lose it the way I did! =)
(so no need for cutting and weight loss right now)

I did think long and hard about t3 since my thyroid is within range and I not a fan of clen (hand shakes). I read your recent status and glad you are on the mend
Ran 4 miles in 40 minutes. 4 trail miles with a one mile constant incline. My breath not labored even tho it was HOT.

My schedule has been crazy. Too many double shifts and now I am sick. Needless to say, an interruption.
No real significant weight loss. Disappointing but I also have not worked out 3 weeks. That is unusual but work is consuming. It's easier to be consistent when schedule is consistent.
Last week increased t3 dosage to 75 mcg (bc too hard to split 50 mg into thirds). I do notice internal warming and am holding @ 75. Still have a slight rash :/
Clen dosage was 60. 40 in am and 20 at 11 am. However I did not take the keto consistently - my bad!!! I would have increased clen dosage but my hand shakes were 'noticeable' and bc of work circumstances, this was the wrong 2 weeks to be messing with trembling hands. (And I do not like clen for this very reason).
Hoping to be feeling better soon and get my booty back to the gym. I miss my workouts. I am planning to go tomorrow - if I feel better or not!!!

Now entering the last 3 weeks of this pointless cycle. Pointless because I wasn't able to incorporate workouts and diet is not on point.
I am not recommending running clen for 8 weeks. I find I am having to increase dosage with little impact. Somedays I did not take clen split dose until 3 pm and didnt impact my sleep cycle.
I haven't noticed muscle wasting. I still notice the internal temp increase but to lesser degree. I am at 100 mcg this week so yes I did adjust to the higher dosage in the last week.
plan to run this cycle and re evaluate for next cycle after have thyroid function checked.

There are 25 military style obstacles. The course is not posted but I tend to think the run isn't going to be as bad as the obstacles so considering what to do to improve endurance. The last obstacle course challenge was a little tricky. The obstacles where tightly grouped together. It was hard to recover between obstacle 2 and 3 and 3 and 4 in the series. The gags between obstacles were approx 1.2 miles. My point is that the course has some impact to my training so if I know the course in advance I would train accordingly. But I don't :/

...impressive again. I wouldn't be able to do that at my age.
