Thread: first tren cycle - status report

    first tren cycle - status report

    beginning stats:
    52, 6'2" 225 lbs, ~12% bf by pictures

    cycle started 3 weeks ago: 100mg tren a eod + 70mg test p eod

    diet: ~350g carbs, ~175g fat, ~375g protein

    current stats:
    240 lbs, maybe 13% bf... (seems a little more, but vascularity still high)

    no serious tren sides (no night sweats, no tren dick, and not moody - as far as i can tell), cardio seems a bit harder, being full all the time from the diet kind of sucks, workouts are incredible - never worked as hard

    one strange thing for me is that i gained 15 lbs in the first 2 weeks and have stayed flat this week. i'm not sure what the typical weight gain profile is. i find it hard to hit the macro's every day as i travel on business a lot (and the diet isn't quite as clean as i'd like), but i am eating something every two hours.

    i am happy with the mass gain though and hoping for me over the remaining 5-7 weeks (haven't decided when i'll end exactly). would be great to hit 250 lbs at ~13% bf.

    any thoughts on what to expect or look out for would be appreciated...

    Are you running a DA?

    I'd think that you made a lot of quick quality gains maybe b/c of possible recovery(from your surgery) and muscle memory may have kicked in and may be leveling off to a more solid cycle.... Just a thought about the surgery part! It seems like it's going well though brother keep at it!

    But I think you'll pick right back up(gains wise) it happens.... It has to me in the past... Then a another surge...

    Keep your E2 in check and the prolactin should not be a problem. Caber is good insurance. I have a problem maintaining an appetite with tren . So if you experience that just try to make your food as tasty as possible. I really had to try different dishes in order to meet my macros. The 250lbs is attainable if you can eat enough.

    i'm on trt so will go right to my test c cruise (100mg 2x/w)

    i thought about starting a log... but didn't take a pre-pic. maybe i will tho, with your encouragement clarky!
