    Question Few questions.

    I'm 5'10 about 185. Pretty chunky.
    Ordered some Tren and Test to hopefully cut and get some gains and then start building myself.
    What are the best cycles for beginners (after my tren and test) I was told dbol and test to bulk up, any other suggestions or thoughts?

    Also while on test and tren, is it smart to detox your body with tea every other day or should I not do that to keep the steroids in my system?

    You're 22 years old and your HPTA has not finished developing. Using AAS now has will put you at high risk for permanently damaging your body. Besides, even if you were in your late 20s you should never cycle with a high percentage of body fat.

    I understand your first statement and I fully am aware of the risks, to be honest some of those links in the second weblink scared me but i'm pretty dedicated. Which is why I wanted to get some advice, especially things like what i should take after my cycle of tren and test or if i should take anything with it.

    As far as your second statement, if i decide to still do the test and tren, I should cut down before i do them? Wouldnt the tren be helping anyways?

    I probably sound like a tard for asking these questions.

    Hey man, those links should scare you because if you go through with this cycle then there is a strong chance this thread will be on that list. These are very powerful hormones and your brain is still developing.

    Test is converted into estrogen (e2) by the aromatase enzyme. The aromatase enzyme is deposited in fat tissue. The more fat tissue one has the more aromatase enzymes they have stored in their body. Cycling at a high bodyfat makes controlling e2 difficult. Having too high or too low e2 is probably the most unhealthy thing that can happen on cycle.

    Even if you were in your late 20s I would still say not to run this cycle. This is because first cycles should be test only. No offense, but not knowing that first cycles should be only test shows a lack of knowledge that is needed in order to make a cycle successful.

    If we were to disregard age for a second, your advise would to be cut down body fat to have maintain a median e2 and run test by itself first?

    Speaking in hypotheticals is impossible with this subject because of the human element. There are many factors besides age that affect advise.

    Ideally one should be below 16% BF to cycle. Let's do some light algebra. If you're 25% BF now and you lose 10%, then you will weigh 167 pounds. 167 pounds at 5'10'' means you have a ton of room for natural growth.

    The most important thing about cycling is knowing how to eat. If you are "pretty chunky" that shows a lack of dedication to diet and training.

    Steroids have an almost indefinite shelf life. Put them in a safe place and learn how to diet correctly or you regret your decision.

    I appreciate your input. I wasn't aware that they have indefinite self life and I will put them away for a while, once I reach 16% body fat i'll figure out if i want to run the cycle or not. Whats your take on pro-hormones or natural anabolics?

    PHs are much worse for your body then AAS. This is because they have to be broken down by your liver before they reach your bloodstream. Plus, you have no idea what you're really putting into your body. PHs can be just as suppressive to your HPTA as real steroids. The mature thing to do here is train hard completely naturally for a few more years. The magic to losing fat, gaining muscle and getting ripped is diet. That's where you should be concentrating most of your effort.
