I'm 5'10 about 185. Pretty chunky.
Ordered some Tren and Test to hopefully cut and get some gains and then start building myself.
What are the best cycles for beginners (after my tren and test) I was told dbol and test to bulk up, any other suggestions or thoughts?
Also while on test and tren, is it smart to detox your body with tea every other day or should I not do that to keep the steroids in my system?
