Brand new to this forum and I registered just to get some more insight on AS. Im thinking about starting my first cycle and I need some help on choosing compounds and doses. Im 6'3 at 185lbs very lean (7% with caliper but more around 8%) and train around 4-5 Times a week with a solid diet to not gain too much fat (3500kcal): i know this will have to increase on a cycle. My goals are to gain a solid amount of lean mass (10-15lbs lean muscle) and keep as much as possible after I dont want to get too massive And gain too much fat, all I want are some good size gains on back, chest and arms and to stay under 10% bf if possible (lazar angelov fitness model type body would be ideal). Right now my wish would be to only cycle this one time so i would like to get the most out of it. Everybody who I know that juices tells me i would explode on AS, so now im ready to try it out myself. The recomendation I got by a friend was:
Test E 250mg/week
Test Prop 80mg/EOD
PCT to be determined
I understand the difference between both but now id like to ask what you guys think what I should take to reach my goals. Cheers
Also Im kinda scared of sides hence the relatively low doses. Please no hate im really new to this!
