Arimidex dosing for Competition

Hey just looking for some advice on how much arimidex i should be taking for my competitions.
I have heard of people increasing to 1mg ED to drop water.

I am currently taking:
test p 100mg EoD
anavar 50mgED
Arimidex 0.25mg EoD

I am currently 11 days out from my first comp. (26th September)

26 days from 2nd comp (11th October).

They are quite close together should i take 1mg ED leading up to both comps?

and how much would i take between the 2 contests?

People use diuretics to drop water. Using 1mg of adex a day would cause you some problems.

I was under the impression both diuretics and AI's were used in the last week before a contest...estrogen was killed and them diuretics were used...never competed myself but I presumed this was how they got so dry?!

I wouldn't up it to 1mg a day. You will crash your E2.

alright, so i havnt had much guidance besides you guys saying it will give me problems.

so i will up it to 0.5mg EoD and maybe increase it to 0.5mg ED a few days before first show.

after that back to 0.25mg EoD for a week

then Depending on how i felt 0.5mg ED i may increase it further for second contest?

any comments greatly appreciated.
