Exp. Been lifting for close to 10 years. I've spent years researching nutrition, training, and supplementation before taking the leap into AAS. I now have been visiting this site daily for almost a year but need some help thats more tailored for me.
This is my 2nd cycle. First cycle was a test-blend only cycle
DIET
I've had great success on the "17 day diet" those not familiar, its just a high protein/ low fat/ low carb diet with 2 servings of fruit and yogurt (probiotics) daily.
My results weren't as good the last couple times and id like to change things up this time around.
Im looking into intermediate fasting (IF) or Carb cycling (CC) bc of the thread I read in the nutrition forum here.
I would kill myself if I had to count calories and from what I read, you can pretty much eat what u want in your 8 hour window in IF as long as ur hitting most of ur macros and fasting for 16 hours. True or false?
QUESTION 1.) Who has experience with these on cycle around my stats, and which one would be more beneficial, IF or CC?
I will be eating fairly clean and cutting out my large saturday night alcohol consumption. The problem with this is I will literally have nothing to look forward to. Everyone i know drinks every weekend and it will be tough for this beautiful social butterfly to spread his wings without the "nectar of the idiot".
QUESTION 2.) So is there hope? People seem to get real judgy around here when u mention booze. I get that it wouldn't be smart when I'm taking var, but what about test? OR what about just a cheat day for food!? I need something to look forward to
I will also be binge drinking NYE and possibly New Years day while finishing up my christmas cookies throughout the next week in a half. So this diet doesn't go fully in effect until Monday Jan.4th when my cycle begins.
QUESTION 3.) Would anyone recommend me a juice cleanse/fast or something at the beginning of this cycle? Something to reset my digestive system and detox my liver while the cycle just starts...

THIS WILL BE A CUTTING CYCLE
I'm attempting to drop BF along with building bigger arms and appearing more vascular.
I've read Austinites "planning first cycle" thread and am following the base of that to a tee.
Weeks 1-12 Test-E @ 500mg (monday and thurs)
Weeks 6-12 Add Anavar 50mg (everyday)
This will allow me to become accustom to Test-E while managing sides before I introduce the var.
I'm also debating adding t3 to weeks 1-3 before the test kicks in.
Ive been using it 5 days a week for the last 2 months so this could help me keep my bf down...
QUESTION 4.) Any input on this before we go into the AI or Hcg?
ESTROGEN AND AI
This is where things get complicated for me. Ive had previous BW that showed my estradial to be slightly high. My theory is it's prob due to weekend binge drinking which will obviously be cut out during this cycle. Esp with the 6 weeks of var due to its liver toxicity.
As of right now I have some liquid Arimidex on hand. I'm going to buy pharm grade that should be here around mid cycle the question is:
QUESTION 5.A) ARIMIDEX OR AROMASIN for someone with higher estrogen starting the cycle w liquid arimidex?
5. B) At what dose?
5. C) Does the dosage lower when I begin the anavar since that may contribute to lowering estrogen?

QUESTION 7. A) Does PCT change in any way when incorporating var?
7. B) Can I add back in some t3 and/or liquid clen during?
SUPPLEMENTS
I'll be using:
NAC- for my liver
Fish oil/Cla- for lipids/heart/omegas
Probiotic- for digestion
BCAA's- as a pre workout
Whey- protein
Possibly add in:
multi vitamin
Creatine (during pct if I use t3 to ward off catabolism?)
Glutamine if I'm really sore
QUESTION 8.) Anybody know a good joint support supp? Maybe in a multi vitamin? Right now I have a huge thing of OPTI-MEN
Any other supp I should look into during pct or during cycle?
