What is everyone's thoughts and views on the most effective fat loss compounds out there between Helios, Clen, and Winny weather its oral or injectable?
Not a fan of any of them, I've sworn them all off. My preferred method for weight loss is calorie deficit.
Helios is ALRIGHT. After about a week I started getting sore from all the pinning of it. I personally would rather use clen by itself or eca. Winny is not a fat burner. If you aren't competing, I wouldn't touch any.
can u run any of them during ur PCT?
Surely you would be looking to keep any gains made. Not lose them??im fairly sure they will lose muscle more than fat.....Quote:

I personally cannot see clen as anti catabolic, it will just burn up the most easiest available source i.e muscle then fat. Couple with ASS yes no doubt it would help fat loss at low BF.Quote:
