How fast you do reps? Being on cycle has nothing todo with this.

You want to rep as slow as possible, specially in the negative phase.
Same here. A 4-2-4 tempo will nicely hit all 3 types of strength (positive, static, and negative) and is great for increasing time under tension.Quote:
