Female friendly gear
My wife has been considering trying some gear for awhile now, we have both been reading into it and the potential side effects for women are pretty scary. Obviously she doesn't want to run anything like test, Deca , anadrol or anything like that, but I've read women can get away with things like anavar or winstrol stuff like that with very minimal side effects.
Anyone have any experience with this? I know that there are plenty of women on gear in the fitness industry that look fantastic. She doesn't want to bulk up.. she wants to build lean muscle and get some help cutting fat. Her ultimate goal is one day to have that "bikini competitor" look.
At the same time though she isn't going to just jump on something without knowing her Shit first... so on top of advice if anyone knows any good places to do some research on our own about this it would be much appreciated.

my wifes on 10mg anavar now, she loves it, she got water retention but shes kept it away by imcreasing water intake, adding b6 and some water retention supplements, shes leaned in nicely but thats due to her clean diet and training her arse off everyday, so make sure your wife is in the lifestyle etc
always labmax test the anavar before she takes it, a lot of anavar is faked

I'm gonna show my newb status here now but I have no idea how to go about labmax testing lol.
How long does she run a cycle typically? Has she noticed any side effects other than the water retention? My wife is an aesthetician so its extremely important for her skin to be clear otherwise her clients might think she don't know what she is doing. Has your wfe had any issues with that or like voice deepening or anything of that nature? Obviously everyone is going to react different but from everything I've read anavar is pretty mild and is one of the least likely to have side effects.

So it depends.
Some gals like shorter cycles some prefer longer cycles. I ran a longer cycle and had to stop after 10 wks bc experiencing hair loss Head. And hair growth on face.
Var winny and primo area common beginner cycles.
Diet and training has to be on point. Expect water retention which can be managed with increased water and supplements. Only a few times did I use prescription diuretic.
There's some info in the private female section. Your wife would have to become a member to access.

Ohhhh some clit enlargement but it's temporary at low dosages. I quite like this side.
No issues with voice since running lowest dose possible. The gala who take tren and other stronger substances may notice voice change but your wife isn't going to do that!!!!

she is doing 5mg AM 5mg PM
Water retention first 3 weeks
slight fatigue
once water retention was sorted shes loving it and energy levels are high
no acne
no clit enlargement
no hair, no deepening of the voice
its her first cycle, the more a woman uses it the chances of the hair and voice deepening increase (so ive read anyway)
google and youtube labmax - everything u need to know is there, its pretty easy and simple once u watch a few vids and do a bit reading

I have done SEVERAL anavar cycles. I must say the sides I get are pretty mild, but everyone is differnt and every cycle is different. Shoulder acne is the one side I can count on with every cycle. I just went to the Dr. and she gave me a script for 5 different meds to combat the acne. I do get some clitoral enlargement, but it's not a big deal for me! I had some slight hair loss on cycle number 2, but I started taking a hair loss vitamin and that cleared right up. My doses are fairly high for a female, but I'm competing in powerlifting so I want the strength gains. I also run my cycles at 12 weeks.
Trust your source! Research them well!!

She was thinking about doing a short cycle at first to see how she reacts. maybe like 5-6 weeks, but do you think that is long enough to be able to tell anything? How long do you cycle off for? I know you should ideally cycle off at least as long as you were on. She's not looking for strength gains so much as just wanting to get that good shredded physique.
If you are retaining water though is this really the best option for cutting? What sort of supplements do you use to combat this?

All the females I know do retain some water from anavar . It will dissipate after the cycle is over.

Thanks for the info ladies. I've read that anavar produced good results in women. Good to see some real life stories.
