I got a free bottle of Winstrol to go with my purchase of Testosterone cypionate from a close friend, however the bottle says it expired 09-09-2015. Is it still safe to use, and how effective do you guys think it is?

Thanks for the reply, I've never taken Winny before. This bottle is separated, looks like water on the top and white milky on the bottom. Is that Normal for this after sitting in a cabinet for a while?
