Female competitor... Questions
HEY ALL!
I'm an NPC bikini Competitor who places 5TH every time... I Nail stage presence (told by prestige judges) but need to put on a bit more muscle.. look curvier ect..
- I'm struggling to do just that..GROW... Or i should say keep my gains while cutting..
it's like night and day.. I bulk and look like a beast and then cut and i come in too small.. plus i know from the grapevine the usual top 2 (at least from this year) are def using ..
Thinking about VAR.. doing my research and was offered 50mg .. but i'm pretty sure from what i've read i should stay far away from that? ...
Need help.. any valuable information i can get.. I WANT THAT OVERALL I'm sick of placing 5th..

Var or primo is your best bet. Of course as a woman, you need to be incredibly careful with where you're getting it because if you order var and actually get sent d-Bol, that could spell big trouble for you. Unfortunately var and primo are two of the most faked steroids so be very careful.

Var is what you want. Youll want to buy a test kit to ensure youre getting real var.

All the people recommending drugs to a bikini competitor come on guys. Op, you don't need drugs to compete in bikini.
At the very most you may need something to help with water the last couple days and that's it. You need to work on your diet,training,and sleep. There is no easy fix.
Post comp pics or something it would be much easier to judge what you need to do. Also post your diet and training both offseason and prep.
If drugs are needed to place at a local show them I'm sorry to say that this may not be for you.

Thank you for the replies.. At this point i'm weighing my options.. Just all the research ive done pretty much sums up as advanced bikini competitors IFBB all take some form of gear or another..
..
I'm coached by a recognized company so i can't display my nutrition specifically legally ... One thing though, I think my meals that are sent to me are used for other competitors as well and not designed specifically for me. a basic template changed up each month... Maybe that's a problem..? I follow my plans.. i'm motivated and dedicated i just dont feel i'm seeing the results i really want.. I get it.. trust the process and give it time.. but something still feels off

Mp, nobody is necessarily telling her she needs to take anything.
She wants to step her game up with gear. We are here to guide her.
Hell, with that argument theres nobody on this board (or alive) that needs to cycle.

you may absolutely be correct about the coach info. " needing a more attentive coach" I'm still in contract till sept so i have been doing to research for other coaching options as well..

You definitely wouldnt want to go anywhere close to that 50mg mark. I remember reading something like start at 5mg 2-3 times a day. You would want to look for 10mg anavar pills then split them. Unfortunately Im not sure how high a woman can actually go on anavar without risking sides but I am definitely curious about that.
As far as using anavar to compete bikini, absolutely nothing wrong with that. Ive seen women take it just for rec use. Guys take GH and high dose test/tren yet don't step on stage. Like hawk said, no one needs to cycle but we still do it lol. Just do your homework and be aware of what you're getting yourself into!

I would agree with this. The overwhelming majority of guys here have never set foot on stage, yet aas use is condoned, common place and understood. Hell, a large portion of the cycle threads here are for guys simply getting ready for the beach or vacation!

If you want to get bigger just for the hell of it or so figure or physique then ok. But just to be competitive in bikini you do not need drugs. Girls that do very well in bikini have good genetics to begin with from shape and insertions to looks and glutes.

Well as she stated in her original post, she keeps coming in too small. In bikini.
Granted, she may be able to do better with a better coach.. theres no argument that an anavar cycle will help put on a slight bit of lean body mass.
If shes too small for bikini now, one var cycle isnt going to make her blow up to physique size.
Youre right, she doesnt need it. She can get there through proper training and nutrition. But, var could help her get there faster/ easier.

Im feeling im talking too much about this, but it really hit me so. Why dont you study PPA rceeptor agonists. Like SR9009 if you want to stay away from Cardarine. It will not give you steroidrelated sides and its not directly anabolic but i think it will let you eat a lot more so you can keep your muscles even if you up your cardio. And it will also make the fatloss during cardio be more effective and it will get you in better shape so you can run more and longer.
Ofcourse you could combine with primo for even greater results.
