Question Do you burn more fat than normal when you're on cycle?

I've noticed that even though I'm still in a calorie deficit like normal, my body gets drastically leaner just from 500mg a week of test alone.

I thought people said it's the diet and cardio that gets you lean, not the roids? But I'm getting shredded on a slight calorie deficit. Even though the scale has only gone down a few pounds in 5 weeks, I look like I've lost 15lbs of fat in the mirror.

Do high levels of testosterone have strong fat burning properties? I thought test primarily just helped you build muscle.

AAS promotes a decrease in BF content and percentage according to about every study I have ever read.

Came in to post this. With that said, although the body tends to be more efficient in keeping off fat with testosterone supplementation, it's definitely not something that should be used for fat loss

Maybe I should rephrase: one shouldn't use test solely for the purpose of trying to lose weight

Test e/ test p with an ai and a lean high protien diet you lose fat and get hard!

Obviously a heavy push work out.

It's when I'm off test I get depressed and get really soft.

So do you think it's reasonable to suggest that you probably lose double the amount of fat from cycling?

I think the test probably also speeds up your metabolism and burns more calories.

I'm about to add in some TBol for my cycle, I heard it's similar to anavar for fat burning.

You're only going to burn a significant amount of bf if you eat in a caloric deficit.

If you eat 300-500 calories over maintenance while training on test you'll likely lose about 1-2% bf.

Tbol and var don't burn fat.

Diet dictates which AAS is better at burning fat, excluding tren .
