cycle exp - did 10weeks test only - 250mg per week

second cycle dont want to go wrng in dis

was planning to

1 - 12 - 400mg cypo
1- 6 - 200mg bolde
7 - 12 - 400mg bolde
13 - 14 - nothing
15 -18 - pct nolva and clomid


and please tell me about hcg how to use and do i need it !

No bolden one. You are already doubling your test dosage from your first cycle.

Hcg isn't compulsory but it will definitely help so why not?!

AI is used to keep your estrogen levels in check. Your body likes to be balanced. As you increase your testosterone levels, your body will naturally increase its estrogen production. The latter you do not want. Biggest visible side effect of high estrogen is gynecomastia (aka gyno/bitch tits).
