Training styles ON cycle Vs OFF cycle

I currently have been enjoying 3x a week FBW's Steve Reeves style, both on and off cycle and seeing good results either way. However following a FBW routine for a while, certain muscle groups have started lagging and others developing quicker. So was tempted to switch up the split/routine.

Does anybody else change their training dependent to their cycle?

    Cheers

General rule of thumb is what works while off will work better while on.

Have to say that full body workouts will only work good at novice level IMHO, that is if your objective is bodybuilding. No way you can have any intensity training all mucles in one session.

Try it, you will never know what works best for you without trying it. For me HIT is whats works best, the bible is here: **Marcus's HIT Dungeon**

Pretty much what Mr.BB said. Nothing much changes other than you can lift heavier weights!
I did doggcrapp for years and it has blasting and cruising so I guess that's kind of changing things. 6 weeks blasting and heavy gear, 2 weeks off cruising and TRT level gear.
If you haven't read cycles for pennies, it's worth a read.
