For joint support try hyaluronic acid. Its much better than glucosomine supplements. Another good compound for women is tbol. Its anabolic, with virtually zero androgenic properties. It has been used by women successfully for a while, you just dont hear about it as often. A couple of my good friends old ladies have used it, without any problems. One does local physique competitions (amateur), and the other competes in power lifting (just local meets). When they told me about tbol I thought they were crazy.
