If the concentration's higher than 100mg/ml you could get some clouding also. There are several ingredients that goes into brewing Test and if any one of them is "old" you could get some clouding. Run the vial under hot water for a few minutes, if it goes back to golden yellow, you're GTG. If it doesn't, I'd chuck it and get a new vial.
