New and in need of useful information.

I am 23, 6'4, and 315 lbs. I am wanting the best diet, best workout, and best gear to build the best base. Right now I am wanting to obviously shed fat and slim up and just build a good strong base to start a serious build.

Well hit diet section, "gear" is not an option for you at the moment and won't be in the cards for at least another 4 years.

You need to clean up,your cardiovascular system before you even think of aas.

You got a easy 100 lbs to loose maybe more and need to learn to exersize to build muscle. You'll get there you have to commit to it and stick with it.

    Motto I live by
"Aren't you tired of 'starting over'?, then stop giving up"

you're going to put on some decent muscle when you start training properly to lose the weight anyway. no need for a cycle for that....sounds like you got a lot of noobie gains to make. If you're serious, start a log in the diet section and we can get you going and you can use the log to stay accountable. good luck.

Go to the diet and nutrition section. They can help you get where you need to be.
