Hello everyone, has anyone done a test/clen cycle for cutting ? if so please share ? I AM 21, 5'9 ABOUT 14% BF, 167 lbs and have been lifting for 5 years now(seriously the past year). My plan is to do a 10 week cycle of Test E 500mg a week and also throw in some clen at 20mcg and go up every 2 weeks with taking a week off the clen in between. My goal is to get the body fat down as much as i can by Mid April. I joined a contest for the best before and after results that has a pretty penny as the prize and I do plan on winning. lol So far ive Done DNP about 3 weeks ago and got some pretty crazy results with little to no side effects. I want to cut down(and gain some muscle) as much as i can for the next 2 months and wanted to take some advice from someone with experience. What should my diet look like as well as my workout be ?
As of now i am consuming roughly 1500-1700 calories my macros are 50% P 30%C & 20%F
i lift 5-6x a week and do cardio for about 30-40 min every day.
