Looking to run a tbol and test e cycle need pct help and cycle tweaks

My cycle will be as follows

Test E at 400mg a wk for weeks 1-10/12
Tbol at 30mg a day for weeks 1-6/8

I do not know what to run for PCT on this so any advice would be great. My goal for this being my second cycle is to run a very simple and basic beginner cycle that I can keep most my gains from. I messed up PCT on my first cycle and lost almost everything due to overtraining and shit nutrition so I'm back at it for round 2. Any thoughts on the necessity of an AI throughout the cycle? Lastly does the length of cycle affect gains kept or potential for it?

Test E has a long half life. You'll see gains towards the end of the cycle. I wouldn't run test e anything less than 12 weeks. And the AI will help keep estrogen low and water retention to a minimum.

Yes AI on cycle along with HCG , pct will be Nolvadex and clomid . Specifics will come shortly by others. Or you can look at some of the links on here for beginners cycle. That's sucks you would take the risk of doing a cycle all to just let it go at the end by not eating proper and...overtraining ? That's crazy I would Imagine it would be from lack of
