You should be planning your diet for your goals ready to start the cycle. You could also post your cycle so we can have a look and see if you've missed anything.
For my first cycle I was thinking just to do 10 weeks of test enanthate, 500mg/week, and nolvadex for three weeks afterwards. This seems simple and conservative for my first cycle, would you agree?
Yh test for first cycle is a good choice. Are you not running an AI or hcg? You also need clomid for pct.Quote:

I don't know your stats but it is usually best to cut going into a cycle so you can bulk during the cycle.

What are your stats, height weight BF%? Also for your cut, visit the diet and nutrition section. Everyone over there is very informative.
6'4", 205. I've never gotten BF% done by a reliable source. Best estimate I can put myself at is 12%.
