    My first cycle,everything going good until

    Taking 1cc test twice a week. On my 4th week I decided to do shoulders. Everything was fine until I worked out the next day. Now my shoulder is red, painful, and swollen. Any suggestions I would preciate it.

    Do you have a fever? Do you think you have an infection? Is there discharge from the injection spot? Any of these is a red flag to go to the hospital.

    What size needle did you use? (It's possible you didn't go deep enough and some of your shot went sub q which could cause your symptoms) Odds are you just have pip. Some muscles are just more sensitive then others. * Keep an eye on it though*

    Sorry just able to get back. I use a 25Gx1". I notice today swelling went down a little. I'm able to move my arm lateral more but now my bicep looks a little swollen.No fever

    Your shoulder probably wasn't used to being pinned. Virgin shoulder? If you keep pinning it, your shoulder will get used to it. Then again, if the PIP is less somewhere else then pin that area. I stay with large areas like glutes and quads. They seem to hurt less.

    always shoot in assballs. Min veins and nerves. Ive done hundreds and never ever had problemes in that area. Even if i never cleaned the place and sometimes reused needles.

    Reusing needles saves money, sometimes I even share wth this homeless guy in the alley
