I don't think there is. You have to understand how your body produces GH and when. Its just too far fetched to me to believe that there is supplements on the market tgr will cause GH to pulse. I could be wrong, but I guess I'm one of the few that refuses to give the supplement industry a dang dime on their multi-billion dollar a year racket/scam. I don't trust any proprietary blend or anything those companies claim. I work too hard to waste my money. I stick to what absolutely works.

Studies have shown Melatonin can but it's minimal at best from what I recall. If it were a large increase the BB'ing world would have cornered the market a long time ago.

PT makes a very strong point above.

You can release massive amounts of natural GH by getting you blood lactate levels up. GH release is directly proportional to blood lactate levels. I.e. That is why HIIT is so effective.

I could see how melatonin "could" in theory help and a case could probably be made to show it is effective. I've researched melatonin extensively over the years and found it to really have a whole host of benefits. Much like NAC, I've found it to benefit most of the bodily systems functions. OP, we're still not saying it will raise GH to any real beneficial extent, but it's worth a look. I know I'm about to do it.

I agree! While I hate cardio and all things to do with it (lol), HIIT is the most beneficial and best form of cardio. In my opinion anyways. Many of my heavier women clients think I'm trying to short cut they're workouts and speed things up, but they soon realize that they don't need 2 hours of a slow walk on the treadmill. 10 hard minutes of pulsing has shown me more than the long walking. I can see the benefits of gh release here to MuscleScience and I'll be looking into this as well!

U shouldnt worry about gh but look for igf1 boosters. Though, gh is an igf1 booster.

I like to use mk677 which is proven to work on human studies and creatin which also boosts igf1. But u need to cycle creatin aswell. Or at least take one week off from it.

My favorite supplement for HGH is go to the doctor and get a prescript. The downfall of the HGH market (Blamed on Stallone) left a huge section of the market unserviced except via the doctors office

If people did the research, everyone would be taking them! They truly are some of the few worth spending money on. I'm never without.

I have seen some studies on it myself. The huge percentage increase is the selling point and it does sound great. But the kicker is that it is deceiving. As we age, we do decrease total serum levels of GH AND igf1. I've seen studies shown that show the 500+ percent increase and it is still less than if one were to use 1iu of GH. I saved the paper on my PC, which is in storage at the moment. I will do my best to find It and post because it's for sure worth the read. In a nutshell, it would have to increase natural GH by over 2000% to reap any actual benefit. Under 1000% shown no difference whatsoever in human test subjects trying these gh boosting supps for over 10 months.
