Review my first cycle please?

Age - 25
Weight - 160
Height - 5'7

Testosterone E - (250 x 2) Monday Thurs 12 weeks
HCG 500 IU weekly same day as Test E
For AI should I use Aromasin or Armidex? Aromasin is more expensive.
I would do 12.5mg daily for 12 weeks.

Wait 2 weeks

PCT:
Nolvadex: 40 / 40 / 20 / 20
Clomid: 50 / 50 / 50 / 50

Should I run an AI into PCT because I want to be as safe as possible.

Last ten days before my PCT I will take 1000 IU every day. Then idk what to do HCG dosage?

6000 calories everyday. 5 Days Training, 1 Cardio.

No when I said I was going to do 6000 calories I meant during the cycle, I have tried a couple days here and there

But to put a number out like 6k cals you have probably run a sample diet to know what you're in for. What's your tdee? What percent protein of carbs and of fat will you be doing?

Actually no haha I just approximated it. I want to gain 30 lbs of muscle from this cycle and I know its not likely but I thought Id have the best chance if I eat this much but I know I just need to eat around 1500 more everyday from my TDEE + burned expenditure

30 lbs of muscle. Not going to happen. Have you done any research ?
FYI my tdee is 3200 a day. So you will double that and I'm 196 lbs. good luck.

Once you cycle a few times you will begin to see that gaining almost 30 pounds on a cycle is not impossible. But, the problem is that most of it will be water weight. The good news is that it is not all fat, and will actually collect all over your body; and to an untrained eye may even look like muscle and can look pretty good. What I mean is that, when you are done, some of your friends may swear that you gained 30lbs in muscle. But, the reality is that most of it is not muscle and most of it will go away when you finish.
Imagine if all you had to do to become a 300 lb monster would be to do a few cycles and be done with it. The reality is that it takes many years to pack on a lot of muscle, even when doing steroids and eating a lot. Think of steroids as an aid that will increase your ability to pack on muscle; but you still have to do all the work and it takes a long time to achieve impressive results.

Not trying to hurt your feelings but MLK said it best( I have a DREAM) Bro just beacuse you eat a lot on cycle don't mean it will all turn to muscle you can and will get fat if you over do it.Take baby steps bro and research more.

in my opinion I've decided to not use HCG during my PCT because it ramps up the costs way too much and will cause desensitization of the Leydig cells.
I'm using Letrozole 0.25mg everyday and HCG 250 Iu x 2 weekly with the Test E pins.
I'm going to use finasteride, 1 mg a day seems sufficient.
For PCT I'm using
Nolvadex
Clomid
No HCG
What would HCG the last ten days of my PCT blasting at 1000 iu do? Is it worth the extra $100-$150.

We have similar goals.

Bro pro bodybuilders don't hit 6k calls that's like ALOT of food bro unless ur 250+. Anyway drop ur hcg dude no point in that on cycle I'm sure many will agree. If u want u can take it the 2 weeks before ur pct. And I've been hearing ppl are saying EQ only cycles are the way to go for a first cycle now?

I think ur overkilling it here dog u don't need fina and wait to see if u need and AI.. I never use one, unless I'm trying to get really dry but not for a first cycle. Fina is bad shit take if from me I took it for yrs when I first started taking gear it fucks with u.
