Tren 8 or 10 weeks?
Hi my friends. Its will ve my cycle. I am 38 years old . now 85 kg , 178cm tall
I want to make lean muscle
1-8 week
Eod test prop 50 mg , tren ace 100mg
(i read trenbolone treads in this forum so i think 50 test and 100 tren for me)
Also adex , caber and hcg 500iu week.
Now i want to ask what is good for me 8 weeks or i have to do this cycle 10 weeks.
I need about 3,4 kg lean muscle.

Personally I like to run tren about 10 weeks but most people advocate for shorter cycles
It doesn't sound like huge doses and the 2:1 ratio is on point so I think everything looks good to me

If you've never run Tren before, you might want to quit your cycle before 8 weeks. Tren is harsh stuff in my experience. To answer your question, 8 weeks or 10 weeks? See how you look/feel at the end of 8 weeks. If you're still making gains and can stand the sides, run to 10 weeks. No sense making a decision before you start.

Keep hte caber on hand. Don't take it unless your bloodwork shows you need it - caber can be harsh. I personally dont need it taking 350-400mg of tren per week.

Can i make 3 kg lean muscle with this cycle with hard workout and 2.5 gr protein per my body kg?

Use caution with your adex as well as on that lower dose of test you may not need much, or any. Pull BW after 6 weeks and see how your doing before you make a decision on extending the cycle. Include a cholesterol panel as well, imho as tren 's harsh on lipids.
