This is incredibly interesting and explains how the "bloodflow restriction" exercise is so effective!
So my theory is that muscle growth potential from training = the amount of drugs that sensitize the muscle to IGF (test, tren) the sensitivity to insulin / amount of insulin and the amount of oxygen the muscle needs and doesn't have. Anecdotally, the amount of growth I've had using bloodflow restriction training has been pretty silly, even in the chest which isn't restricted.
Any thoughts?
