Ready to Blast!
Hi Guys,
So ive been on since January.
Started prep cycle on january 14th
week 1-8 test e 500mg every 4 days & 50mg winny ( 1ml eq every 4 days. cant remember how many mg)
week 8-14 test prop 100mg eod (clen starts also)
week 9-14 anavar 100mg daily and 100mg tren ace eod
week 1-14 arimadex 0.25 eod
This took me up to my show in April where i didnt place in mens physique.
I decided to stay on and do another show 5 weeks later...
week 1-5 1ml masteron eod
week 1- present 2iu hgh
So with this i managed to come in bigger and leaner and placed 2nd in mens physique qualifying for the British finals which led me to the decision to cruise until 12 weeks out which is Sunday coming.
Since 6th june ive been on 200mg test cyp every 6 days and hgh 2iu daily.
Still taking arimadex at 0.50mg every 4 days.
I also ran ghrp 6 for 5 weeks
I have now decided i am not doing the finals and am going to continue to bulk as i have put on some decent size since last show and am looking for advice as to what to add in.
Currently sitting at 83kg 14% bf

I cruised for a while myself, ended up on trt. You can try a pct but doubt you will recover I didnt

Back track from your show date. If it were me I would take the show date and back track say 24 weeks. 12 weeks bulk and 12 weeks cut. This could be changed to 16 week bulk 8 week cut but thats a game time decision based on how lean you stay during the bulk. I would also take a minimum of 12 weeks off. So thats 12 weeks off and a 24 week cycle leading up to show. So back track 36 weeks from the April show date and that is the date on which you should stop taking all Anabolics and start your time off. Your cycle time and time off may vary. I am just giving you an example of what I would do personally. Do your homework and be aware of what you are getting yourself into. As stated above it is highly likely you will need TRT.

Ok thanks for input bro. Got my bloods done 6 weeks after pct after 12 weeks on 300mg test heptylate every 4 days.
The guy at the steroid clinic said my results and recovery where fantastic. That was only 12 weeks though!
