    Cutting and muscle fullness question.

On the reduced calories muscle fullness is suffering. This is the case even using insulin after workout with meal.

    Question....

Pack most calories in meal after workout with the insulin or keep the 5 meal format? I want to keep current metrics and calorie level. Weight loss is major goal and currently losing a kilo every 2-3 days. 800 Test week 10iu HGH day. Raising carbs would help but defeats the weightloss goal.

I am at 1500 calories a day on the metric 80-15-5 (protein, carb, fat)

1500 cals is low man, better off spreading them around the day over 5 even meals I would think.

What is your weight and bf right now?

I would eat around your workouts. Get what carbs you're taking in before and after. So you have both energy for your workouts and then spike insulin to drive
Nutrients into the muscle PWO to recover.

If you are only eating 175cals of carbs per day you are going to be flat regardless.

    And only 75cals from fats?

How long have you been on this diet? Is this just a short term? Are you competing or just for, aesthetics? Can you provide stats?
My initial reaction without all of the data is your calories are too low and your macros are off. Do you know what your TDEE is?

TDEE is 3200 before accounting for 100 minutes cardio daily (jogging)

I have been re-comping for a few years now. BF 28 -32 percent.

This is an 8-week cut cycle. I am fine with no muscle gain. Want 15 KG weight loss. Aesthetics and health only.

Yes Calories are too low..I accept that. Just wondering if spreading the food out or doing it around the workout is best. I lean toward around the workout but you guys prepping for comp would know more about super low calories over several weeks than me.

Nobody prepping for a comp eats like that.

Even at 180lbs with 5hours cardio a week I was still eating 2500cals a day minimum. Even then, that would only be the last week or 2

. I'd never let my fats drop below 50g per day, eating less than 10g per day consistently is ludicrous, quite frankly.
