No side effects 5 weeks in cycle.
Test e 500/week 2 doses a week
I've seen some gains on bench and squat but as for everything else there isn't no difference in my day to day life . Buddy says it is probably under dosed and was wondering myself .
Also the brand is gen pharma.

1500-2500 calories a day I'd guess I pretty much just eat healthy and 4-5 times a day
But here's today's workout just for an idea
Bench 5x8
Flare dumbbell press 5x8
Inclined dumbell press 5x12
Flat cable flys 5x15
3x25 wide armed decline and incline push ups
3x15 hammer curls
3x12 preacher bar curls
3x15 cable curls
3x25 incline pushups

1500 or 2500 ?
Thats a ridiculous big difference and not consistent. I suggest My Fitness Pal and a good set of scales. Start counting your food. It's easy once you have been doing it a while

if your only eating 1500 calories per day , then thats your issue . Test needs calories to help you grow. You won't fill out without a shit ton of calories and carbs.

Diet is far more affective at growing muscle than AAS. Go to the diet section and read read read

I literally eat more than 1500 calories for breakfast most days. If I eat lunch I am at the 2500 mark or better. You cannot even maintain at 1500 at your age unless you are a pygmy.
Hope you read the links David posted. I just wrote one of them and I told a little about my cycling at 22.

How bad would a pct now hurt my max? With my gains only slightly improved vs no gear would I still see a drastic drop? At this point if I'm already going to have to pay the price for coming off is the risk that much greater just going another 5 weeks?
These are just questions as I can't get pct therapy for 4 more weeks till I'm back home.left town last week to go on the road for a month.

you need fats and carbs . screw veggies , keep those as a side for only one meal per day max.
example of 1500+ calorie breakfast
12 oz steak
5 eggs
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup cottage cheese
12 oz full fat milk (add 30g of whey)
thats meal 1 , get 3 more just like that later in the day

I am famous amoung my former co workers for being able to put down enormous amounts of food. Back when I was shoveling all day I would eat. Two Quarter lber's two fries and 20 chicken nuggets at mcdonalds nearly every day

That was a terrible lifestyle for many years.
I looked like this though because I was working myself to death.

I have since turned my sights towards much healthier food but 3000 calories is very easy for me to get in two meals without disgusting fast food ingredients.
I struggle with chicken and rice though which is a staple.
I have choked that crap down until I was involuntarily regurgitating it many times. It takes try.
Many times I treat meals like a set that I dont feel like doing. The more you suffer in the kitchen and gym, the greater you will be.

thats funny , the other night I was having my last meal of the day , 10oz chicken, 1.5 cup rice, bowl of veggies , while watching Makeveli Motivation on youtube about eating and how its a job . When I got done with that meal I said fuck it and ate that exact same meal again right when I was done with the first one. it all stayed down
eating is generally the hardest part of this game though Imo
