Lift on an empty stomach?
Because of circumstances out of my control, I will be living in temporary accommodation for the next month or so, and won't be able to have breakfast until about 7am.
As my normal routine is to be in the gym as soon as it opens at 6am, is it a bad idea to lift on an empty stomach early in the morning?

Some do it religiously
I tried, it was ok - but, I felt the lack of energy after my coffee ran out
I'd try to grab something super quick instead of going fasted

Can you eat a protein bar or drink a shake before you workout? I've done it in the past, mostly to cut. No too keen on doing it if I was trying to bulk up.

I have lifted before on an empty stomach and fatigue set in fairly quick and was dizzy af after almost every set. At least destroy a protein bar/shake and a banana. I do not recommend lifting on E.

Hate lifting on empty, fasted cardio is a different story...
