This year marks my first cycle since 2008. Three cycles ever in my life, one in 2006, one in 2007 and one in 2008. Didn't plan on that, but life gets in the way. I'd like to put on ten quality pounds... Since it's been so long, should I treat it like it's the first time and just use T? Or, throw in something with it? I'm 33, 185, 11% bodyfat... Thanks.
