First cycle in ten years... T only?
This year marks my first cycle since 2008. Three cycles ever in my life, one in 2006, one in 2007 and one in 2008. Didn't plan on that, but life gets in the way. I'd like to put on ten quality pounds... Since it's been so long, should I treat it like it's the first time and just use T? Or, throw in something with it? I'm 33, 185, 11% bodyfat... Thanks.

you should easily be able to gain 10 lbs natty with good diet and exercise so if your going to use then yes just stick with test only...

No need to complicate it I agree.
BUUT, hehe, the argument can be made that you’ll be suppressed either way, and at least throwing in a good old dry solidifier at the end is old school and works.
And you don’t even need to use it actually, you can’t just throw it in if you want some extra kick at the end of the cycle.
My choice for that would be oral winstrol or tbol for the last 4 weeks.
By that time you’ve been on the test a while, felt it, probably won’t need it, but what the hell, always good with more options right?
Oh, and you need pct, AI, hcg , I know u know.

HHC, its never a bad idea to run test only. Like GB said, you can get that 10 quality lbs natty if you want.
Being that you have cycled before, if you are confident on how you feel and your body responds to test only, you can add something from the start. I hadnt cycled in a while but i had a good handle on my body on test and added in from the start. But Docs idea of running the test for a while then adding in on the tail end is probably a better plan. Kill 2 birds with one stone

If u kept working out and such, then no worries... but if ur lookin for a quick gain dont go with a cycle, ull gain to quick and risk injuring urself with gaining to quick and risk injuring ur tendons/ligaments cuz they dont hypertrophy as fast and cant handle the stress and tear and then ur out for a while while they heal and may require surgery which will take u out of the game for a much longer time... but if u have been working out continously then thats not a concern, just had to point that out...
aaaaaanyways.... since this is the first cycle in a while, I'd suggest a simple test only cycle... and im not like the other guys here... i LOVE LOVE LOVE Test Prop... Short fast burst cycles, keep most of ur gains, u dont bloat much which means u dont gain as much weight however u dont lose as much weight at the end also... Downside is it is ED injections... but thats not bad u can rotate injection sites and its not alot of ml's compared to Test e so the PIP is minimial and i have a few tips that help minimize the PIP.
Be sure to run HCG on cycle... run a good PCT with clomid and nolva... AI is debatable, depending on ur dosage of test and ur s/e u have while on cycle, and what u have done in the past.

Im with you lemonada- always use prop no matter the cycle, no matter whatever else im adding regardless of other esters. Just one of those things for me, preferred it years ago and it just stuck. Im gonna be on a trt protocol here soon enough, so may end up switchin to e or cyp when cruising, not so much lookin forward to switchin. Alot of newer guys arent fans of ed or eod injections, i get it. But it seems the ones who run prop tend to like it alot as well

Thanks a lot for the good feedback.
I have been training consistently since my last cycle. I have stayed in good shape.
I was thinking about T Cypionate only, but T Prop was my other consideration. I just need a solid pct plan, that part has always been tricky to me because I feel like there's so much more to it and everyone seems to have differing opinions about what to take. I'm assuming a 12 week plan is sufficient and I wouldn't want to stay on any longer.

I am thinking on the exact same wavelength as you except I am super out of shape.
Straight test is probably the best way to go but I am thinking of getting greedy and running a non-aromatizing oral at the end of the cycle...

Will do... I've stayed in the gym the entire ten years since I last used, with only a month here and there off... I just feel ready to get some good gains and I figure after all this time, it'll shock my body and give me what I want in half the time it would take natty... I'll probably do T and end it off with something. Good luck with yours.

Thanks again for the solid feedback. I was originally going to go with Cyp, but I've found a good supply of Prop, so I'm going with 8 weeks of Prop. I like shorter time on cycle anyway, so prop will be best... Still working on securing a reliable source for the PCT's.

I like a 7 week of 50mg with a front load of 100mg, so it ends up being 49 days ( with +1 day on day 1 front load so 50 days) so if u can find 100mg/ml, its 1/2 ml a day ED ( except first day its 1 ml) for 7 weeks. Plenty long and ull get great results. Besure to use HCG on cycle. Use a strong PCT of Nolva, Clomid! Have nolva on hand, and AI on hand ( if u prefer, like i think ive said, i dont use ai on cycle but if u need it better to have it handy then to need it and have to wait... )
