Help for Clen only - First Cycle

Hi there,
I am going to have my first clen oral cycle (Meditech brand).
I am 28 years old (male), 79 kilos and 178 cm. My problem is my belly is very big, about 90 cm (body fat 23%) although cardio and gym 6 days/week. Please kindly advice is my cycle ok or not, I want loss 5 kilos of fat:
2 weeks on
Day 1-2 : 40 mcg
Day 3-4: 60 mcg
Day 5-6 : 80 mcg
Day 7-8 : 100 mcg
Day 9-11: 80 mcg
Day 12-14: 40 mcg
2 weeks off and 2 weeks on again
After that use clomid and Nolvadex for 1 week only
Clomid (90/60/30/30/30/30/30) + Nolvadex (60/60/60/60/60/60/60)

I wonder in my case should I need clen or anavar

Clen isnt a steroid and doesnt need pct. Its technically athsma medication but bodybuilders use it for fat loss.

It has nothing to do with testosterone production

If you can’t lose fat at 23% body fat you need you diet reviewed not a horrible drug like Clen.

Please detail your current eating plan.

I was over 110 kilos and now is 78 kilos. I already try my best. But now I can not lose more fat so I want to try clen. Calo under 1500 with high protein .

Surprised your not loosing weight, how are you counting your calories/macros are you doing it in your head or using a calorie calculator because something isn't right here... I am adamant you think your eating 1500 cals but likely eating more...

If you cant loose it naturally, you wont be able to loose it with the clen...

I dont know what happened with my body. But after lost 30 kilos I cant loose more even use alot of supps such as Hydroxy cut...

You need to track what your eating, with detail... Supplements wont help, you need to make sure your in a deficit and 1500 calories is low so you should be loosing fat, this can only mean your not eating what you think you are so you need to track properly, use an application called fitness-pal, its an app where you can track all your food to make sure your within range.

Do this for 2 months then see where you stand, steer clear from clen for now, it wont work unless food is dialled in.

Clen is like baby food. Just start at like 40 mcg and slowly ramp up until you get side effects like shaking and sweating. Then you can just keep it at a LITTLE below that dose and maintain it. You don’t need to ramp it down. And for the love of god, please don’t pct. Clen is not a steroid. It’ll just raise your temperature a bit. Has nothing to do with your muscles.

Go to diet section. I was in the same boat and my results started to halt. I had to reset my diet, eat normal diet daily maintenance levels to reset metabolism. Take a week or 2 off.

Do moderate cardio like the stationary bike for 20 minutes each day. Go to the diet section and look up "Carb Rotation" diet. Good luck
