My BP before was in the 130 range and he was my lung doctor. I crashed my mountain bike last October and punctured my lung so he was just checking on that. I'm contacting my personal physican today. Just had bloods and my hemo was at 42 so I thought I was all good and wasn't tracking my blood pressure. I've been drinking about a gallon a day and my salt intake is really low. This is not very good advice. Drinking water will not reduce blood pressure, in fact drinking a ton of water will increase kidney stress as they are responsible to get rid of this extra water, adding to the fact that high bp already stresses kidneys.Quote:

Yes, cialis can lower bp but its not a substitute for proper treatment if you have a chronic condition. I use it myself, and it helps keep mine down but im nowhere near as high as you were either.
