Any help for high blood pressure
In my 5th week of 400 mg of test E and my blood pressure is 170/90. My doctor said I was in the stroke range. If I stop my cycle now how long should it take for me blood pressure to drop?

WTF- your Dr knows your bp and did not give you anything? Time for a new Dr.
I would be willing to bet that you were already high before AAS.
I use atenolol and you can get it online, but IMO you need something now.
To me, anything over 140 needs attention quickly.
Maybe I am just an old man set in his ways also. LOL

My BP before was in the 130 range and he was my lung doctor. I crashed my mountain bike last October and punctured my lung so he was just checking on that. I'm contacting my personal physican today. Yeah just a bit freaked out. Just checked my BP this morning and a bit lower at 150/90.Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk

Check your hemotacrit (blood thickness). Drink a shit ton of water. I mean alot like 2 gallons a day. Reduce your sodium intake. Ive heard hawthorne berry can lower blood pressure. Im only 25 and my blood pressure is already starting to creep up. I think its because im always so god damn stressed out

Just had bloods and my hemo was at 42 so I thought I was all good and wasn't tracking my blood pressure. I've been drinking about a gallon a day and my salt intake is really low. Feeling bummed out, my gains we're just kicking in. Thinking about maybe a trt type dose once I get straightened out.Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk

This is not very good advice. Drinking water will not reduce blood pressure, in fact drinking a ton of water will increase kidney stress as they are responsible to get rid of this extra water, adding to the fact that high bp already stresses kidneys.
OP, if you have confirmed high BP that is not from not taking AI and letting your estrogens increase, have your physician to prescribe you some BP medication. The latest drugs for high BP (angiotension receptor blockers) will not give you erectile dysfunction, like the 1st generation BP drugs (like atenolol beat blocker) which can give you that and other side effects.

You need to monitor it over a period of time before you start jumping on meds or messing with dosages. If it is consistently high then you need to tend to it. If it was something that was brought on by diet, stress, etc and may return to normal in a few days, you need to know that first. Alot of things can affect bp. If its consistent then fine, but if its temporary then jumping on bp meds will complicate your situation.
Yes, cialis can lower bp but its not a substitute for proper treatment if you have a chronic condition. I use it myself, and it helps keep mine down but im nowhere near as high as you were either.

Water helps when you are dehydrated, and yes you should drink more if you live in a very warm climate. But the help water gives to the hematocrit only lasts till your kidneys catch up.
Drinking too much water (more than 1lt per hour) can be deadly, as you are removing essential minerals and electrolytes from your body, basically your brain dies when you dont have enough electrolytes.

Is you adex pharma? Bunk arimidex have been found many times in ugls.
If you are monitoring your BP at home that is great, measuring BP at docs office can be deceiving as many ppl have something like a "white coat syndrome", and their BP spikes in front of a doctor which are always asking a bunch of questions. Wrist monitors are not accurate, you want to have a arm cuff monitor at home, always measure a couple of times 2 minutes apart, dont take only 1 reading. And measure it when you are relaxed.
If under relaxed conditions you are having high BP it is wise to medicate.

Yes my adex is Pharma grade and I just bought a blood pressure cuff and will be monitoring it every day. At this point do you think it is wise to stop my test cycle until I get my blood pressure under control?
