Hello, I am 18 years old from Argentina, I am a skinny person, 178cm 62kg, I am a soccer player, forward position (7 or 11), I am very fast, I want to develop good legs to exploit my potential, I dont want use steroids, I am about to start the gym and I need a good leg routine and advice, thank you very much
