Hey guys I’m 29. 5’7” 148ish.
I’m about to start my first cycle of test just want to get a few things straight before I start seeing how so many pages contradict each other.
I’m gonna just do a 10week cycle of test 300 one shot a week.
I’m confused on if I should take a natural test booster why on cycle. Someone people say yes some people say no.
Also should I take noveldex or something simpler why on cycle? Some people say it hurts gains some like be by it. Just want y’all input.
What size points do y’all use?
Anything else I should be taking or any other symptoms I should be looking out for?
I have read and read it’s just so much to understand so any help is much appreciated.
I feel like my diet is pretty good I’m taking 3300 calories a day and staying away from all the bad. Is 20lbs a unrealistic goal for my first cycle?
