I was adviced my first cycle by one member of this forum. I can have brand - stronglionpharma. Does anybody know this?

My cycle now.
500mg test e a week

but considering to add anavar anybody tried ? Thank you

Agree with this. You can get great gains on 350-375 test for first cycle. Just make sure you have an AI and a good pct protocol after to keep them.

I would not add anavar, as mild as it is until you understand your body better

Go a test only cycle. Not to mention that 10 mg of anavar will do nothing for you.
Upping and tapering down the dosage is an old practice from 70’s and not followed nowadays.

Exactly. Little need to “frontload” orals or prop and no need to fluctuate dosing.

Also, it's a good idea to remember that communication, looks, etc. mean nothing if the product isn't good. After you run it and pull labs please post up your findings and thought at the area linked above.
