    Tren+Test+dbol/anadrol (4th cycle, suggest please)

    Hi folks,

    This will be my 4th cycle. Below is my previous cycle details:
    1st: Test only(successful) - Sep, 2017
    2nd: Test+Deca (Partially failed) - May,2018
    3rd: Test+Deca+Dbol (first 4 week)(successful) - Dec, 2018

    Here is my 4th cycle details which I want to start:
    Tren Blend: 400mg/week(10 week)
    Test Blend: 600mg/week(12 week)
    Dbol: 30mg/day(4 week) or Anadrol : 50mg/day(4 week)
    HCG : 1000IU/week(12 week)

    Diet will be: 4500-6000cal(40/40 carb/protein, 20% fat)

    Weight Training: 2hrs/day and cardio(mostly running): 2hrs or 8-10km a day
    Body weight: 64kg

    Could you please tell me if this seems ok? Should I go with Dbol or with Anadrol? Will this cycle affect my Cardiovascular health, if yes, how? PCV is 51 right now, will donate blood before starting this cycle, how long do I wait after donating blood?

    3 cycles under your belt, eating upwards of 6000 calories a day and youíre 140 pounds? Whatís your goal on this cycle? May want to back off the running. Yes, tren will fuck with your CV health and I get winded going up a flight of stairs on it. Depending on goals, may want to rethink a couple of things. As far as orals also depends on your goals. Anadrol will be better for athletic performance in my opinion and does not aromatize. I couldnít handle the headaches though.

    What exactly is the blends? which esters ar which dose?

    140 lbs is a big red flag that diet is not dialed in. Shouldn't be anywhere near tren at 140 lbs unless your 4 ft 8

    Whats your height and age? Also, you have a 1500 calorie swing. Diet needs to have a exact number of cals and if your short that's one thing but you cant swing it by 1500 and think that will work.

    I would highly suggest you put that cycle on hold and post your diet in the correct forums and have some help there first. All the gear in the world wont help if your diet is off.

    Well I am 24, 5'6, I was ~150lbs(no water weight) when my last cycle ends, but I got issue with my right kidney due to high protein intake and cholesterol problems, doctor suggested me to avoid dairy and meat food as well as protein supplement, and put me on Rosuvastatin 10mg for a month without any diet and my weight drops to 136lbs, everything is normal now, as of now my weight is ~144lbs. My goal is to get lean muscles ~16-22lbs during my cycle. I eat like beast on gears so it is not an issue for me to take 6k cal diet, I'll try to stick with 4-5k diet.

    Tren blend 200:
    Enanthate -100, Acetate-50, hexahydrobenzi carbonate-50.

    Test blend 400:
    Decanoate-100, Cypionate -100, isocaproate-100, phenylpropionate-100.

    I am 144.5lbs today, 24, 5'6.

    goal is to gain lean muscles ~16-22lbs during my cycle.

    Tren, test, dbol , anadrol are in my hands, but I can get anavar /masteron if needed.

    Cardio at 144 lbs lol....Get far away from a treadmill and any cardio. It shouldn't even be part of your vocabulary.

    If you can't get past 150 lbs naturally you are going to lose weight using Tren instead of gaining weight.

    If you were actually eating 4-5k calories you would not be 145 lbs. You need to learn to eat and count food before cycling

    Nah, on last cycle I was on/below 3k calories, coz my TDEE was 2k including workout and my primary goal was to get strength instead of bulking, I'm pretty lean btw. In last 1.5 years only thing which I learned was how to eat

    Nah, on last cycle I was on/below 3k calories, coz my TDEE was 2k including workout and my primary goal was to get strength instead of bulking, I'm pretty lean btw. In last 1.5 years only thing which I learned was how to eat
    2 hrs cardio and 2 hrs weight lifting you should be easily clearing 2k cals alone from that, plus another 1800 from BMR alone. You probably need more than 4k just to break even. Whatever TDEE calculator you're using is way off.
    Going that hard 7 days a week doesn't leave enough time to recover. Leave at LEAST one day of doing nothing to recover. I know it sucks, but youll be better off for it.

    2hrs weight lifting: 400-500cal
    2hrs cardio @3.5mph: ~600cal
    BMR: ~1600-1700cal

    I was not doing any cardio except 1hr weight training on last cycle (3rd cycle). So 3k cal diet was more than enough than time. Now my goal is different for this 4th cycle.

    You are 21 with 4 cycles under ur belt and barely 140lbs.

    Please type up ur daily diet, Im very curious to see the calories as you state you are taking in 4500-6k. That is a ton of food if done right, but if done right u should not have any issues growing when u take the gear into consideration with the food.

    Couldn’t agree more. I’m 255 and in surplus I’m eating around 4300 calories a day. Something is not adding up. And they’re right, need to back off the cardio if you’re looking to add 20 pounds of muscle. Also tren kills my appetite some days (or gives me wicked heartburn) don’t underestimate that part either. Regardless the math isn’t quite adding up...4 cycles, that amount of calories and under 150 #’s. Also if heart issues are such a concern you may want to reconsider tren. It’s gnarly on my BP and smokes my HDL as well.

    I'll be on 4k-6k cal diet if I start 4th cycle, On my 3rd cycle I was on 3k cal diet. Please check post #13

    4k-6k calories makes zero sense. You cant have a difference of 2k calories - that's not a goal. Your living in a masturbation fantasy.

    Learn to eat properly then worry about steroids . You should have been at 200 lbs after 3 cycles, not the same weight as my 60 year old mother with more LBM.

    I won't even bother to COMPLETELY AGREE with the other GREAT points the others have made. Instead, I will point out this, the BOLD in the quoted text from your post above. IF you know anything about gear, it can wreck your cholesterol and with already having issues is because you did not cycle properly. (Meaning, didn't take correct supplements to assist with helping your organs & Did not have the proper amount of water intake) The Kidney issue points to this Fact as well. Look, I don't beat around the bush so I'll just be blunt with you.

    Do NOT do another cycle right now. You have a lot still to learn about diet and the supplementation that goes hand and hand with gear. I'm sure some of the issues you had could have been avoided with some of the correct vitamins to help your body process the gear. I will tell you this if you proceed with this cycle you will regret it. You will be sitting in the doctor's office in a few months listing to him talk about your kidneys that have lost some percentage of there function permanently and think back to this post. You will wonder why you were so dumb not to listen to several people trying to help you.

    Something inside you told you to post this topic here. That is the smart part of your brain telling yourself you're not ready. You asked for advice now do yourself a favor and LISTEN TO IT.

    Side note, the reason you think the kidney problem was due to high protein intake is that I'm did not tell your doctor you were on gear which is why he was lead to believe it must have been a high protein intake. He did not have all the facts to properly diagnose your issues.

    I would be bored as hell 2 hours of cardio
    Either your intensity lifting is way too low, or you underestimating how many calories you burn for lifting

    This is your third cycle ..

    Why not step it up with other compounds like deca or mast ?

    Depending on your goals , it's your third cycle ...

    50mg of test a week and dbol is more so a first cycle type deal.

    I'd say add a compound in to see how your body responds .
