First cycle AI help!

Today marks my first pin of week 3 of Test E first cycle. Running 500mg a week at 250/x2 on Tuesday and Friday. Thinking of starting Arimidex this week at .5 the day after each pin (Weds,Sat). Not getting any high estrogen sides, but wanting to jump on them early in case of gyno and wanting to keep water bloat down. I was considering doing it on pin days but my doctor (who used to juice) said e2 usually spikes day after pin so do it the next day. Thoughts or suggestions of timing versus doing .5 or .25?

the current protocol seems to be no AI. Nolva at 10mg per day to keep gyno in check and enjoy the gains high estrogen will bring.

This exactly, and I personally don’t even bother with Nolva unless something starts rearing it’s head.

Throwing drugs at a problem that doesn’t exist is not a great idea.

Ok. Thanks. I really wanted to keep some of the water bloat off. Im going to get blood work done on week 6. But until then just wanted to be pre-emptive.

arimidex is NOT a diuretic , its doesn't get rid of bloat per se at all

Thanks for the article. Good read. Makes sense. So what is your preference for a test only cycle ai dosing?

He will likely tell you no AI. On my first cycle I ran an AI. Haven’t ran it since and no problems.

None, unless you prove to be highly estrogen sensitive, and if that’s the case, pick other AAS for the bulk of your cycles from the many that don’t aromatize to any notable degree. Basically anything other than test, Dianabol and Anadrol (though that one’s weird as it doesn’t aromatize but still triggers E2 receptors).

Something like cutting your test to 100-200/week, then adding 300-400 Boldenone.

Or use your current test dose but add 200-300 masteron/week.
