Hey there everyoneI'm looking forward to reading the boards asking questions and learning "the ropes", after which I hope to have a confident cycle and workout plan. I've worked out in the past on and off but never steady. Although my strength gains were substantial and often surprising my body type doesn't allow for even simple size gains and I was discouraged quickly.
I'm 6'5" 217lbs 30 waist,not sure on the other stats but i need an Xtra large shirt for good shoulder width fit. I'm tall and lean(well...maybe just lil belly from beer and burgers heh) and at 6'5".... 217 lbs is well....skinny, too skinny.
As I said strength gain isn't a problem, the majority of the men on my side of the family are "gorilla" in that department but they have the size and frame to go with it, I on the other hand lost out considerably in the "size" deparment. Ughh..the beach!! thank God for Canadian winters....I can hide behind sweaters and heavy clothing for a few months![]()
Anyway...heh...enough of that. My goal here is to learn, learn, learn and then apply cycle/plan with a 120% effort. I hope I can count on all you Vets to help guide me and answer my questions in the other boards because the bottom line is I have no experience, I don't know squat and i want to go from thisto this
