This isnt only for the muslim members but to everyone who can recomend help with diet. Now it is Ramadan and there is no eating from sunrise to sunset where i am now its approx 4:10am to 5:20pm.
How can i get my nutrition during the eating time and how can i eat to survive better during the fasting time without losing too much muscle?
My training schedule is either right before eating time or later at night like 9pm.
