Every second diet I see here and other places, every second person has egg-whites incorperated in somwhere, usually with breakfast. When someone claims to be eating for e.g. 5 egg whites a day do they actually mean:
5 egg whites from an actual egg cracked and cooked
some kind of egg white powder supplement
a casien type powder
Its a dumbass question but I would like to incorperate egg whites into my diet but can't see myself cracking and cooking several egg whites every morning or can afford it.
Can someone fill me in im out in the dark on this one...
