    Holy Crap!

I have been shooting prop @ 100mg everyday. so ive shot my glutes, thighs, lats, etc. but last night i decided to shoot my calf and i cant walk today, feels like its going to explode plus its sore as hell. i usually get a bit sore and all, but since i only shoot 1ml it hasnt been a problem. what the hell should i do. my calves are relativly small so im guessing this is why im not a ***** or anything there is just no way around the pain its impossible for me to walk lol is there any stretching or anything i can do to help it along?

i have a question for you, why if you shoot glutes, thighs, lats, and i am assuming delts would you need to even think about calves? if you are using those four you will only repeat the muscle every eight days, which in my opinion is more than enough time, so why the calves? do you like chicks to step on your nuts too? just kiddin, i just think that you are more than good with those 4. jmo.

try each (one at a time so if they help you know which one helps) but try about 20-30 min

heat causes vasodialation which increases blood flow, this is what you would want, ice will do the opposite or vasoconstrict, and decrease flow to the area.

    very true.

but for some random reason some guys say a cool pack works better for them (heat works best for me personally)

    heat pack being the preference.

id also think that a cool pack will help gear 'crystallise' in the muscle (as gear stored at a cold temp will also crystallise), which would make it my second back-up choice.

I did one calf ONE time with sten, which is a blend that contains a little bit of prop in it... Have never gone near calves w a needle again... I was walking with a severe limp for a week, and sore for two weeks. People at work were askin me questions, and I told them all I pulled a muscle...

Sorry I cant give you any advice but I'll bump your post for you. I hope the pain passes, it sounds like it should in a couple more days.

Thanks for convincing me never to do calve shots.
