Gyno protection when on cycle

Hi,

Stats-5'9, 190lbs, 12%BF, 21 yrs.

1st cycle- test c 500mg/week, broken down to 250mg every 3 days.

Should I run arimidex at .25mg/ed from first day of cycle, or start arimidex only if I get signs of gyno like sensitive nipples or soreness or anything of that sort?

I think only run it during your cycle if you run into problems. Why would you want to limit your gains unnecessarily. Just use it when you finish.

If you like of retention use only if was necessary. If you dont like use it. I always use femara because that.

if your really worried about gyno just use the arimidex every other day at the lowest dose. it will help with some of the water retention to!!!
