One word. Ventrogluteal.
Used it today for the first time and it changed my life.

This was my 4th injection and I was really starting to trip on the soreness I've been getting using the dorsogluteal site. Last time I was sore for 4 days. Injecting twice/wk your pretty much limping around all the time. Not cool. It was making it hard to walk at times, let alone work or train. Not only is the Ventrogluteal site practically pain free, it's much easier to access and control the syringe. It seems kinda hard to figure out at first, but once you do it right, you'll be glad you did. It's basically between the top of your pelvis and the top of your femur. Just Google Ventrogluteal injection site if you want to try it. I used a highlighter on my skin at the appropriate landmarks and went for it. Worked out great.
