What are your opinions on Transgender people?

I never considered myself a bigot but i can't help but feel sick when i think about it. & no, i'm not trying to be a hate-monger, it's just a feeling that i get in the pit of my stomach, a bit of nausea like.

I find this very weird because i consider myself a very open minded person, i have alot of CLOSE gay friends, no not aquaintences but actually good mates & i have absolutely no problem with them whatsoever.

I'm comfortable enough with my own sexuality to joke around with my homosexual friends, giving them hugs etc. However when i see a Shemale (what is the PC term? Apologies if i've offended anyone) i can't help but feeling ill.

When i was younger i used to have a problem with them, to be honest i thought it was wrong. However as i've grown older i've realized that it's not wrong at all, i mean who the hell am i to dictate what people think or feel, obviously these people really do feel this way hence they take the plunge & change genitals etc.

What are your opinions on this?

One of my ex galfriends was a total arty type freak & she used to be friends with a couple of shemales. Now these guys/gals were actually quite attractive to be honest & i would never have guessed they were really guys.

What they used to do was pick up guys (who didn't know) & take them home. I never really liked the deception & thought they're going to really get hurt one day)

One of them did get seriously hurt when one of the guys they took home found out the beauitufl woman he was about to sleep with had a penis & beat the sh*t out of him/her.

I mean, the guys these transgenders pick up are obviously heterosexual, otherwise they would not be interested in going home with this person they thought was a female. Maybe these transgenders think the surprise the guys have when they discover a penis under the skirt or whatever would be a good surprise!

I don't know how i would feel if i found myself in that situation. I am not a violent person, but that would siht me off severely, to say the least.

im referring to the notion of sexuality and gender not child molestation and criminal activity.

if someone wants to be in a gay relationship thats fine with me, if people want to be transgendered, go for it. as long as their actions dont bother me or anyone else like a normal citizen would expect, there is no harm in it.

When the rights of someone, take away the rights of another, then it has gone to far.

I have no idea who should get to decide whose rights are more important. Some are easy to decide some are harder.

A pedophiles right to be sexually active is clearly less important than a child's right to be not molested.

Someones right to be a transsexual is more important than someones right not be disturbed by the thought of someone being transsexual.

I love when people say i don't hate gay people, i have a gay friend. Just because you have a gay person as a "friend" doesn't mean you like gay people.

When it comes to shemales i am more along the lines of Amorphic where as i could care less. They are people just like you and I . I would never goes as far to say it makes me sick to see/be around them.

Remember just because you don't understand something doesn't mean you have to hate it.

On my final note do i think its right for them to "trick" straight people into thinking they are a women and going home with a guy ? I do feel that is a little risky and they should be totally honest up front but on the flip side im sure there are many "straight" guys who went home with them, had fun sexually and later told people they were tricked (WEBB).

Can go to the doctor and get hormones (steriods) so she may look and feel more like a man before the operation. But when I wana look better and improve my quality of life. As a GAY MAN I, too, am "grossed out" by the thought of the male-to-female transgendered operation (OUCH! ) but I firmly believe transgendered folk know what they're doing and honestly believe they will be happier being a member of the other sex. It's not what I would choose, but then there are lots of people who don't understand my desire to be with another MAN.

I keep my rights, you keep your rights, and we can all be happy.

(The problem comes when some people's idea of happiness is interfering in other peoples' persuit of happiness.)

When I was younger a friend of mine and I met an Asian girl in Japan. I think she was Filipino. In any event, she wore an open shirt that exposed the outer edges of her breasts. I think transgendered have a reputation in society for being mentally unstable. I don't think transgendered humans are any less mentally stable than anyone else. Except for the fact that they experience alot of discrimination throughout life, probably causing mental disorders that wouldn't exist otherwise.

Trangendered people have had characteristics pertaining to the opposite sex at a very young age.

Man that happened two my twice last weekend lol jk, either there are few trans genders where I live in Australia or I just dont go to the same sorts of places where they do/dont notice them if they go to the same sorts of places I do. Although........come to think of it my last girl friend did have what she claimed was developmentally stunted third leg growing out of her crutch, but I thought nothing of it at the time even though she could pee through it and the knee joint locked up and it swelled when I fu@ked her.

This is exactly what I am talking about. I wana be man oh great here are some steroids for you to become more manly. But if I wana improve my quality of life and my body and sex drive OH NO do you know what steroids do to you do you know the nasty side effects.
