provided that 250 mg/ml then yes 1 ml is 1cc....but if its 200mg/ml...then 1 cc would be 200mg
you need to read the bottle
mg is weight
mL is volume
mg/mL is the concentration, it should be written on your vial
1 mL = 1 cc = 1 cm2 = 40 drops
1 g = 1000 mg
1 mg = 1000 mcg

fallowing ppls diets on here... lotsa chicken, vegies, protine, wheat pasta. workouts are in 3 muscle groups 2 times a week on each and 1 day off from the gym. in the 2 months since i started the diet i havnt really lost any wieght mabe 5lbs but i feel a little leaner and my bf% went down a little.
ready to roll with this shit. decided not to run any test and see how it goes. this is the cycle a few of my budys did to start out and it worked well.
any opinions on this???? is the 1cc of each every 2nd day a good plan?

i have read alot man. all i see is dont run tren/mast only. why? are they not efective at all without test? looking at there profiles thats the 2 i wanted so thats what i ordered. are there great gains only from working with test at the same time? i still cant find this info anywhere all i see is how good tren is but never why u dont use it without test.

haha im a lil slow on the posting. k i see that now. im guessing prop mast and tren will be way to heavy then.. i allready got a buncha arimidex so mabe i will just go get some prop and start on that with the arimidex. how much every day to start?

probably more protein from food. 2 shakes is a good amount. one should be pwo, not just with meals. most cereal is full of sugar and very simple carbs, so more potatoes sweet potatoes complex carbs are needed. and you should go for 5-6 meals spaced out every 2-3 hours
oh for sure it does need work. i was still trying to get the body fat % down though so i wasnt eating as much as i will be now that im about to start stabin myself. 5 meals a day is gonna be tuff though cause i work 12 hour night shifts. ima have to cut it too 4 i think. i work 10:30pm-10:30am
so im thinkin meals at:
eat at 930pm
eat at 130am
eat at 600am
workout at 1045am
eat at 100pm
