I'm 26 years old, 178cm tall and weight 182 lbs. I've been training for 1 year now and had some decent gains. My training and diet are just fine imo, but will try as much as possible getting like 2000+ calories a day on the cycle.
I'm not planning getting huge gains, as well not planning getting to much water retention from my first cycle. I just want a good kick start for my gains and strength.
Your comments and help on my first cycle will be highly appreciated.
I'll be using Test-E 500 mg/week for 8 weeks, Nolva all the way, Clomid on PCT, HCG before/on pct, proviron during cycle. Although I don't look like having a male baldness pattern nor any of my relatives do, I prefer blocking the reductase to some extent (that's why I use Proscar), hopping my prostate will be just fine when I'm out. I prefer using Proviron as a DHT, since I suppose it does a better job than the reductased test (binding better to SHBG, inhibiting aromataze).
The hcg during cycle will hopefully help my testes not shrink that much.
