cut out the fruit, eat some oatmeal with that, personally though i would get all bran or fiber one cereal, great stuff and make an omelet with 2-3 egg yokes and 5-6 egg whites if you want eggs, gotta get that protein
protein shake after work out.
add sweet potatos 50-60g worth, you need carbs after a workout for glycogen replacement
chicken breast, lean beef patties, or fish with a hefty serving of veggies for
lunch.
not bad, but make sure you're getting enough carbs here, might have to add another carb source
then a some kind of sandwhich on light wheat toast for dinner followed by a
forget the wheat toast, not a good carb source, get some steak or beef with some barley or sweet potatos and veges
