    winny help with cycle

    im going to be starting another cycle pretty soon, this will be my second cycle... let me first begin by stating the fact that i am not a body builder lol i am a fighter, so my weight, i dont want to go over 215, which is why i am the weight i am now... so dont say im light i have a range of weight i wanna be and im right in between it right now

    im looking to get stronger, faster, and maybe gain a couple extra lbs...

    i ran a cycle of just test a while ago, came out fine... now im looking to run another cycle of test and winny, looking for some more strength while cutting up and dropping bf...

    stats: 6`4 206 lbs
    age: 22

    ive never used winny before, so im asking... where in my cycle should i incorporate it, and how much is a good dose for me.. heres my current cycle

    1-10: test-e 500mg\ew
    1-4: dbol 30mg\ed
    1-10: liquidex .25-.5mg\ed

    but where does the winny go?!

    im using pheedno's PCT and i might get some HCG if needed...

    Word. Plus if you are 206 pre-cycle you are probably going to hit 230ish by mid-cycle.

    well my diet does play a big roll in my weight, i dont take in alot of calories, just because i know ill gain weight like no other... but my last cycle i was running straight test and i saw huge increase in strength and the explosive power i had was incredible... i did gain some weight, which is fine :-P, but id say... im going to trya nd get down to my fight weight which is about 190 before i start my cycle... i loose weight super fast so im not worried about that, the ONLY reason im so heavy right is cuz ive been outa the gym for a while partying it up haha... but soon to stop, and let the hard training begin soooo a lil size... a lil weight... isnt that big of a deal to me, cuz ill drop down to 190 in no time... that leaves a good 20 lbs with a lil breathing room to gain weight...

    i hope im clear in what i just said and im not just rambling on haha

    Makes more sense than many posts I see. Remember this game is all about consistency, and I dont mean partying on a consistent basis lol.

    this was my diet on my last cycle.. i was gonna change it up a bit, change out tuna for some other low fat food probably... things like that... cuz i got over this diet really fast lol, i got sick of eating after a few weeks

    Meal 1 - 8 egg whites 2 whole cal 200, pro 30, Oats 60g , 1scoop whey (cal112, carb2.5, pro23, fat1.5. skimmed milk 200ml(cal120, carb 12.3, pro8.7, fat0.1 sprinkle cinnamon. Fish Oil (cal90 fat10g) TOTALS - Cal 739, carbs 94.8, pro 69.7, Fat 20.1

    Meal 2 - Tuna 1 tin (cal 145,carb0 pro31 fat1), Oats 60g (cal150 carb40 pro7 fat4), 1scoop whey (cal112, carb2.5, pro23, fat1.5, skimmed milk 200ml(cal120, carb 12.3, pro8.7, fat0.1, Dried Fruit 30g cal73, carbs 19.2. sprinkle cinnamon. TOTALS - Cal 750, carbs 114, pro 76.7, fat 11.6

    lol o yea i know.. i havent been fighting at all lately... work, school, things like that , so the partying sorta took over... but i wanna get back in the game, that means being consistant with diet again and what not... which i have no problem doing :-P

    lol no time for both unfortunately between work, school, and training... only time i have left is for sleeping :\
    i party once in a while when training... but im usually just to tired, and wanna kick it inside ya know

    i dunno halo seems pretty liver toxic :-X , and i have changed my mind about winny, so thats a no go... hmm i dunno, maybe i should just run test again? i liked the results... but i am looking for a way to shed some more bf to get a more toned appearance while on cycle

    yea ive heard about anavar, was thinkin of tryin that one... i dunno theres lots of stuff i could use, im just worried about the orals, i like my liver and not to mention... i LOVED the feeling of having all that test in me lol... o man i felt good lol... but yea, as far as the winny goes... thats out the window, over it! ima do some more research on the anavar thnx for ur input guys, and thnx for that thread 189, big help

    i also think ima just cut out the dbol... seems like a waste after reading that post :\... however i think ima add in some anavar, i wanna try it, and some clen... so ima run test, anavar, and clen, what yall think?

    ok heres my proposed cycle... after doing some more reading ive come to the conclusion that this is probably the best thing for me :-P

    i have a question at the end.. so read the whole thing pls

    12 week cycle...

    1-12 test-e 500mg\week
    4-12 anavar 50mg\day
    1-12 L-Dex .25-.5mg\day



    PCT:

    14-17 l-dex .5-1mg\day
    14-17 clomid 100mg\day
    14-17 nolva 20mg\day

    im going to have some letro on hand just in case...


    heres the question... i mainly want to use the anavar for fat burning and strength, more than size... is 50mg\day enough?

    I ran it at 100mg/day and wouldnt go lower. Im 230 at 5'11"

    13 is nothing
    14 is nothing
    15 is pct...

    i like mine better he uses too much clomid and nolva does mix with arimidex

    ahh injection week... not injection day.. ok welll hrrrmmm what do u mean nolva doesnt mix with arimidex? do tell... this is the first time ive heard u shouldnt use nolva with dex.. pheedno's pct came highly recommended by a couple of the mods

    i read it, i dunno, everyone seems to have different opinions on whats best, i dont wanna say i dont agree with what you researched! im sure there are some sound things in there.. as with the pheedno's pct, i think its just personal preference... what works for certain people, may or may not work for others ya know... ill deff book mark your post tho as i do more research before my next cycle

    in my post swifto shows a research study on why not to go over 25mg of clomid
    in my post i show a research study on why nolvadex and arimidex are not a good match
    the research is in that thread if you care to view it yourself
    scientific evidence over personal theory
